Terms and Conditions of Rental

Lake Cottage

Lake Weatherford Marina

1. A $100 deposit will be required of all tenants at the time of reservation. Cash, a credit card or a check is acceptable. The deposit will be returned at check out if the cottage is left in acceptable condition. If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days before the reserved time the deposit will be forfeit unless the cottage is rented.
2. No smoking is allowed in the cottage. The deposit is forfeit if anyone in the party smokes in the cottage.
3. No pets are allowed in the cottage.
4. A maximum of six adults is allowed.
5. Tenants will be charged for missing or damaged linens or other items belonging to the cottage.
6. Tenants are allowed fishing or beach privileges as part of their Lake Weatherford experience. However, guests will be required to pay the usual rate for fishing or swimming.

8. To report fire, suspicious activity or vandalism dial 911.
